A S.A.L.T. (seniors and lawmen together) Council will be organized which will include people who will work together for the benefit of seniors. It will include representatives from the Sheriff’s Office, RSVP, and others. Mrs. McNear said she will probably contact the Health Department and the Department of Social Services to be on the council. They will work to figure out what kinds of projects would be good for the senior citizens of Rappahannock, said Mrs. McNear.
