Friday evening June Clark and Misty Hitt attended the third annual Hitt family dinner held at the Holiday Inn in Culpeper. Sunday morning they attended the Germanna Reunion held at Germanna College in Locust Grove. Sunday evening they hosted a get together for friends who are Hitt family researchers. Attending were Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Priest of Amissville, Mary Doyle Johnson of Lexington, Kentucky, Mrs. H.W. McNamara of Arlington, Margarite Hitt McPeak of Madison, Mr. and Mrs. Conrad Line of Baltimore, Maryland and Lt. Col. John C. Hitt of Knoxville, Tennessee. All are descendants of Peter Hitt who immigrated to this country from Germany in 1714.

Mr. and Mrs. Frank Cline and Mr. and Mrs. Ray Grizzle of Fredericksburg were Thursday evening dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Emory Conners.

Mr. and Mrs. Emory Conners were among those on Sunday attending a cook-out at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Randolph Kinsey in Culpeper.

Mr. and Mrs. Jim Sykes of Culpeper were visitors during the week of Mrs. Audra Crawford.
