bother all

I take exception to a statement on traffic by one of your “Contributing Writers.”

“What about speed bumps: — everyone hates them.”

Not so, dear writer, not so. I positively dote on speed bumps and have seen the good results of their proper use.

If I were czar (heaven help the republic) there would be speed bumps in every village and hamlet throughout the country.

That article should have been labeled “editorial comment” and not as a news article.
