Karen’s last workshop in Charlottesville, at which she was an assistant, four medical practitioners attended. Although she has another year of study before she’ll become a full fledged Alexander Technique teacher she is well versed in the technique and is already helping many people with her new knowledge.
Her life has become balanced and ordered, too. She has successfully raised a family, two boys, who have now graduated — one from the University of Virginia as a computer consultant and the other from the Berklee College of Music and is now a professional Jazz musician in Georgia. Her husband, Tad,
