SUBMIT TO FINGERPRINTING
On Monday, August 4, 1997, at 7:00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, VA, the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors shall hold a public hearing to consider the adoption of an ordinance to require applicants for concealed handgun permits to submit to fingerprinting. This ordinance is being proposed in conformance with §18.2-308 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended.
All interested persons are invited to attend and to make comment. A copy of the ordinance is available for public inspection at the County Administration Office from 8:30 a.m.4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday. 7/16/97-2T
