Over 150 teachers, instructional aids and administrators of the Rappahannock County Public Schools gathered at the county high school on Jan. 29 for a day of dynamic learning, good food, and awards.
The occasion was a staff training day funded by the Greve Foundation grant. Featured speaker was Mike Rutherford, a recognized authority on high-performance learning, leadership development, creating teambased organizations, and resultsbased organizational learning. His topic, “Creating the LearningCentered School”, was enthusiastically received by everyone who attended the all day session.
