BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY, VIRGINIA

PURSUANT to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Thursday, Feb. 25, 1999 at seven-thirty in the evening in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, in order to consider the following application:

SU #99-01-01 Application by Richard and Sandra Antony to construct an efficiency apartment of 632 square feet (25% of area of the main dwelling) above a Nursery building on their parcel of 25.342 acres (Tax Map 29, Parcel 75, Hampton District) zoned "A” Agricultural and “C” Conservation. Use allowed under Section 170-36(A); additional standards in Section 17062(F) of the Rappahannock County Code.

A COPY of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office in Washington, Virginia, and is available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Said application will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, Feb. 17, 1999 at seven-thirty in the evening at the Rappahannock County Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 170-55, if any. The above-named applicant, adjacent property owners, and any other parties desiring to be heard should be present at said meeting or should address their written comments to the Board of Zoning Appeals, do P.O.
