Headwaters, the Rappahannock County Public Education Foundation, will continue through the year 2001 to provide assistance for staff training and other dynamic changes within our school system.

Lunch for all those in attendance was provided by Headwaters, as a way to show how much the Rappahannock community appreciates the long hours of work and dedication the school staff gives to our children day after day.

Before the afternoon training sessions began, Headwaters Mini-Grant committee members Cindy Wayland and Brion Patterson presented the spring 1999 Headwaters MiniGrants. Those receiving awards for this spring include:
