bright, and beautifully colorful in pinks, magenta, green, lavender, ocher, blue, etc. When it comes to color combinations, I would say she nearly always shows “perfect pitch”.
Priscilla Gilman displayed in the gallery’s previous show, “As Big As It Gets”, the largest work, a wall-sized paper construction called “Herbarium”. Remembering that quilt-like painting, one would not have guessed that her typical work would be the “miniatures” she has arranged for our pleasure now.
