The Everything Band, based in Woodville, has reached new heights in national popularity since its “Super Natural” album was released 'in March, 1998.
But Craig Honeycutt, lead singer and songwriter, has kept a clear perspective about the band, and where they are headed.
Album sales hit 200,000, and a single, “Good Thing” had the distinction of being the most “added” song on the radio last week. At one point, another single, “Hooch,” was number 12 in the top 40 radio songs.
The band’s concern with Rappahannock’s environment is as Strong as ever, and led them to offer •their talents to perform again at the 3fVater Festival in Sperryville in May. S This year, they invited acts from around the country to join them, according to Honeycutt. 4? “This is such a precious area in Jgerms of natural resources, as well as a place of inspiration,” he said. « “To have a community that is conscious of protecting that, and seeing progress and success not necessarily as the number of roads, traffic lights *nd dollars spent in stores is one of the unique things about this place,” he added. “Lord knows, around us all kinds of things are going on.”

- Has success changed the band? Honeycutt did have platinum hair, hut now it is growing out. “I was in JJi.A.,” he explained. **
