Girl’s Little League sign up

There will be sign up for any girls interested in playing Little League softball that are in the following ages groups: seven before Aug 1 and will not turn nine before Aug. 1; any girl that will be 15 before Aug. 1 and not turn 17 until after Aug. 1 Sign up will be at Rappahannock County High school gym from 2 to 3 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 14. Fret testing scheduled

Rappahannock Medical Center is sponsoring a free bone density test on Thursday, Feb. 11 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. This is a screening for Osteporesis in women. Pre-registration is required. Call 675-3316 for more information.

Relationship luorkshop planned

Dissolve the blocks to healthy relationship. Access energy work effectively releases beliefs and attitudes about ourselves and others to open a new world of possibilities and to allow a more expanded life. Membership dinner, meeting set

Rappahannock Farmers Association will hold their annual meeting and membership dinner on March 6 at 6 p.m. at the Flint Hill fire hall. Membership may be obtained the night of the dinner for only $35. There will be a brief business meeting followed by a guest speaker, Chris Miller from Piedmont Environmental Council.
