Carnival underway,
parade Friday
The annual carnival sponsored by the Sperryville Volunteer Fire Department is currently underway and will continue until Saturday evening, June 5. There will be a special ride price on Wednesday and Thursday. The parade will be held on Friday, June 4 beginning at 7 p.m. On Saturday evening the crowning of the queen will be held at 10 p.m. and the awarding of the grand prizes at 12 midnight. Rides are provided by Dean Amusements. There will be games, food and fun for the entire family each evening. For general information call 9878124. For parade information call 675-2530.
