The board voted unanimously that the application met the standards set forth in both section 170-52 and 17066E of the local ordinances. Having agreed to the other conditions, all that’s left is for Baumgardner and Dr. Shusterman to go back to the Planning Commission with the final site plan.

The next BZA meeting is scheduled for June 24.
