A prebid conference will be held at the School Board Office on June 7, 1999, at 3:30 p.m., at which time the Owner and the Engineer will answer questions from prospective bidders concerning the project Bidders are not required to be present, but are strongly encouraged to attend the conference. The Agreement requires substantial completion of the work prior to the opening of school for the 1999 fall session
Each bid must be accompanied by bid security made payable to Owner in the amount of five (5%) percent of Bidder's maximum bid price and in the form of a certified or bank check or. a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of the General Conditions.
