• The K-3 grade Science Fair was held May 26-28. Though the projects at this level are not judged, the process was a great opportunity for the students to become familiar with the scientific method. Having their projects displayed for others to see was a great added- incentive for students to do their best!
• The RCES Band Concert will be on Thursday night, June 3 at 7 p.m. This is not the date that was previously announced, so please be sure to make you calendars, and plan to attend. It is important that the community in general, as well as parents, support the youth of our community. It is gratifying for the students and adults alike!
• The Celebration of Learning Assembly for grades 2-3 will be on Friday, June 4 at 9 a.m. to recognize special achievement at these levels.
• The Awards Assembly for grades 4-6 will be held on Wednesday, June 9 at 9 a.m. We are always happy to have members of the community join us as we recognize our students’ accomplishments. Come if you can.
• The Seventh Grade Graduation is scheduled for Thursday, June 10 at 9 a.m. Schools will close at 11 a.m. on this day.
