PURSUANT to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 24, 1999 at seven-thirty in the evening in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, in order to consider the following application:
SU #99-05-01 Nancy David Dillon, Trustee, owner of 31.3398 acres in Hampton District, known as 350 Fodderstack Road, Washington, VA (Tax Map 20, Parcel 39C - zoned Agricultural and Forestal/ Mulky Mt.) desires to construct an efficiency apartment of approximately 560 square feet within an existing garage structure Apartment will be occupied by caretaker
of the property/ animais. Use allowed under Section 170-36(A) of the Rappahannock County Code; additional standards in Section 170-62(F).
A COPY of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office in Washington, Virginia, and is available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a m to 4:30 pm. Said application will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, June 16, 1999 at seven-thirty in the evening at the Rappahannock County Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 170-55, if any. The above-named applicant, adjacent property owners, and any other parties desiring to be heard should be present at said meeting or should address their written comments to the Board of Zoning Appeals, c/o P.O Box 519, Washington, Virginia 22747, in advance thereof.
