Anne and Frank McWhirt had the pleasure of their granddaughter’s company for the holiday weekend. Ms. Katelyn Murphy of Spotsylvania visited with her grandparents while her mom and dad, Mary and Michael Murphy, traveled to Charlotte, N. C. to .attend the NASCAR race.
During the week, Janie and Claude Patenotte of Newport News also visited with the McWhirts.
Happy birthday wishes are extended to Matthew Ryan Davidson who will be two years old on June 2 and to Margaret Stover and Ralph Wells who share June 3 as their birthdays.
Our condolences are sent to the family of Cletus Howard Printz who passed away on May 21. Mr. Printz was a respected deacon and member of Forest Grove Baptist Church. The family requests memorial contributions be made to the Hospice of Rapidan, P.O. Box 715, Culpeper, Virginia 22701.
