Pursuant to Section 6-1-1 of the Town of-Washington Zoning Ordinance and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Washington. Virginia will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 9, 1999, at 7 30 p.m. at the Town Hall on Gay and Calvert Streets in Washington, Virginia to consider the following application:
AMENDED SU #28 Application by Mr. Peter Kramer to remove/ modify two existing special use permit requirements: (1) to remove requirement that ten (10) off-street parking spaces be provided; and (2) that expansion of the footprint of the building be allowed to accommodate a first floor expansion Properly is known as Tax Map 20A-1. Parcel 106, zoned “VM” - Village Mixed-Use. Original permit issued in 1984.
