• The RCHS Senior Banquet was tremendously successful thanks to the efforts of teams of hard-working parents and teachers. The parents who volunteered to turn the Commons Area at RCHS into a beautiful setting for a Garden Party were: Mrs. Sandy Antony, Mrs. Gail Ashby, Mrs. Sarah Brown, Mrs. Janne Burke, Mrs. Jody Gheen, Mrs. Janet Jenkins, Mrs. Michelle Kaye, Mrs. Gretchen Long and Mrs. Cheryl Taylor. Many community businesses and individuals contributed as well to mak^ this evening special for our graduates. The teachers and administrators from RCHS provided the food and entertainment as their special gift to the seniors. Thank you all!
• The RCES Science Fair for fourth and fifth grade students was held on Monday and Tuesday, May 24-25. The creative projects were in the areas of Botany, Biology, Chemistry, Ecology and Physics.
In the Botany category winners were: Luke Wilson, fourth grade, first place; Alexander Neill-Dore, fourth grade, second place; Vincent Rice, fifth grade, third place.
In the Ecology category the winners were: Kaite Payne, fourth grade, first place; Breannah Sha lkle, fourth grade, second place; Andrew Treanor, fifth grade, third place.
