Legal Notices BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY, VIRGINIA PURSUANT to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 26, 2000 at seventhirty in the evening in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, in order to consider the following application: SU #00-03-01 Edward Leroy Payne and Deloris Payne, owners of 3.60 acres in Jackson District, known as 45 Carter Lane, Amissville (Tax Map 32, Parcel 30A, zoned VR-Village Residential), desire a Special Use permit for a family apartment, in the form of a 28’x44" double-wide mobile home (1,156 sq.ft, of livable space), for their son and daughter-in-law.
