James B. Cameron, 77, of Front Royal died Wednesday, March 29 at VA Medical Center in Martinsburg, W.Va.
Funeral services were conducted on Sunday, April 2 at Marlow Heights Baptist Church in Front Royal by the Rev. Harvey Skinner and Rev. Jerry Young.
Burial was at Panorama Memorial Gardens with military honors by Shenandoah American Legion Post 77 of Strasburg.
Mr. Cameron was born Nov. 21, 1922 in Arco, son of the late Robert Scott and Brucie Mahoney Cameron.
He owned and operated Jim’s Truck Shop in Front Royal and was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.
He was a member of Marlow Heights Baptist Church and its Men’s Bible Class. He was a member of Giles B. Cook American Legion Post 53, Independent Order of the Odd Fellows Lodge 374 in Front Royal, Jolly Sixties, Shenandoah Rebekah’s Lodge 83 in Front Royal and Fishnet Happy
