County Administrator McCarthy reported that the Flatwoods Public Convenience Center should be ready for opening in early May, and he requested that the board approve a transition schedule and a schedule of operations. The new center, located off Rock Mills Road behind the high school, will replace the Huntly and Scrabble dumpsters. The proposed transition would be initiated with the new site and the two dumpster sites in full operation and, after three weeks, the Scrabble site would be closed and cleaned, and after another three week period the Huntly site would be closed and cleaned.
