There will be a Raw Foods workshop at the Rappahannock Healing Arts Center on June 1011. The workshop will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days. “Come, enjoy a weekend of hands on preparation of raw organic foods. We will be having an incredible feast for the closing of the class. Leave with a new understanding of - we are what we eat,” said an organizer.
