Songwriter Vyktoria Pratt Keating will be bringing her quirky creative music, other worldly vocals and accomplished acoustic guitar style to the local music scene at Blue Moon Cafe in Sperryville on Friday, June 9 at 8:30 p.m. A self taught eclectic musician from Sperryville, who now splits her time between Virginia, Arizona and England, Vyktoria was “discovered” last year by Ian Anderson, the leader of Jethro Tull, who invited her to open for the band on their 1999 tours. She completed 42 shows opening at large concert arenas, and received rave reviews from the band and audience alike. There will be a $5 cover charge and more information may be obtained by calling 987-3162.
