Belle Meade camp to open
Belle Meade Swim Camp for children four to six is scheduled for Monday, June 12 through Friday, June 16. The June board of directors meeting for Headwaters, the Rappahannock County Public Education Foundation, will take place Monday, June 12 at 7 p.m. at the Rappahannock County Extension Office. The meeting is open to the public.
Wharton reunion scheduled
Family and friends of the late Amon, Oscar, Walter, Howard, Sam, Robert, Ash and Helen Wharton are invited to attend a reunion on Sunday, June 11 at the Castleton fire hall. “Please come and bring a covered dish and drink,” said an organizer. Dinner will be served at 12:30.
