The Culpeper Minute Men Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution will meet June 13, at 12 noon for a luncheon meeting at the Culpeper Country Club.
This is commemorative event to show support for the official efforts being made by the Department of Defense to honor the Americans who served in the Korean War and the families of the 54,000 who lost their lives.
The speaker will be Col. David E. Bolte, US Army Retired. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy, served with the 1st Cavalry Division and was wounded early in the Korean War.
