special status, the student athlete. Some of our teams are struggling but we must be patient. It takes time to build a strong, competitive program. We owe it to our kids to provide the experience and resources they need to reach their potential. Success in this area has already been realized by the beginning of Jr. Panther teams, a program adopted by our competitors years ago.
If you believe in the value of a strong athletic program you have the responsibility to notify your School Board Member and County Supervisor. The budget process is beginning and there's much ground to be made up in a short period of time. We will be champions.
