In execution of a Deed of Trust in the original principal amount of $278,700.72 with an annual interest rate of 10% from RICHARD E. MANUEL and GUNILLA I. MANUEL, dated September 24, 1990 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Rappahannock County in Deed Book 182 at Page 342, default having been made in payment of the promissory note secured thereby and at the request of the Noteholder, the undersigned Trustee will offer for sale at public auction at the entrance to the Circuit Court for the County of Rappahannock, at 238 Gay Street, Washington, Virginia, at 11:00 a.m. on February 14, 2001 the following described property:

TERMS OF SALE: ALL CASH. A deposit of $25,000, cash, certified check or other good funds acceptable to the Trustee, which deposit shall be applied to the purchaser's credit in settlement, or should the purchaser fail to complete the purchase within fifteen (15) days, to be applied to pay costs and expenses of sale and the balance, if any, to be retained by Trustee as compensation in connection with sale.
