The object of this suit is to quiet title and/or es» tablish title by adverse possession as to a tract df land of which Nancy Duncan died seized and po^5 sessed, located in Jackson Magisterial District Rappahannock County, Virginia, said land being described by deed recorded in Deed Book S, at page 140, amongst the land records of the Clerkt Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, as follows:

Beginning at a stone to be planted on the south*

side of the road corner to Burley Peyton and

running thence along the road following the old

N 87 V4 E 17.50 poles N 64 Vi E 8 poles N 44 V

E 15.30 poles to a stone to be planted in the

middle of the old road and corner to Martha

Dygean s lot; thence with line of her lot S 36 'A

E90 poles to a chestnut in P Woodward's line

thence with his line S 48 % W 77 poles to a

stone to be planted and corner to Burley

It is further ADJUDGED, ORDERED and DECREED that Nancy Duncan, James Duncan Amy Duncan if they be living, and any of said _ known heirs, devisees, or successors in title, if ai such there be, and/or any unknown parties an interest in the lands of which Nancy L_ died seized and possessed, whose names an dresses are unknown and who are made partite defendant by the general description of PARTIE6 UNKNOWN, do appear on or before March T 2000, and do what is necessary to protect their interest
