The coaches * selected six girls to be mem* bers of this team. One of the most intimidat' ing net players in the District, she was the only member of the Districts’ 1st team that was not a senior. Known throughout the league as a hard hitter and tough competitor, her spike was something that opposing players did not look forward to being in front of.
