witn the regular season over, the quarterfinals saw the Varsity Panthers travel to Brentsville on Thursday, Feb. 8 for the District playoff game between the 6th (RCHS) and 3rd (BDHS) seeds. The Lady Panthers never challenged and watched their season fade quietly away, losing two games to none by the score of 15 to 4 and 15 to 5. It was the season that never was for the Rapp squad as their inexperience plagued them continually and they never were quite able to put it all together and win two in one night.
With almost everyone back, including 1st Team All District player, Sophomore Rachel Sharp, and an aggressive group of girls from the JV team, next season poses a lot of hope for the future of Panther volleyball.
