Nobody ever said it would be easy, but the Republican redistricting plan currently under consideration by the Virginia General Assembly will turn Rappahannock’s political landscape upside down.
House Democrats have countered with a plan of their own which would be more workable for Rappahannock, but it is unlikely that this proposal will be adopted.
