Wednesday, April 4 was
National Day of Hope and local restaurants were teaming up with Childhelp USA to help severely abused and neglected children. In Rappahannock County, the Country Cafe in Washington responded to our cause and we are indeed grateful to Mr. David Huff and staff for their participation.
Proceeds from designated tables at the restaurants were donated to treatment and prevention programs that directly benefit abused and neglected children, as part of the National Child Abuse
