Flint Hill sets carnival dates

The Flint Hill Volunteer Fire and Rescue Company’s annual fireman’s carnival has a new date and also new rides for this year. The dates are June 13-16. Virginia Premier Events will provide the rides. Anyone interested in helping with the carnival may call the firehouse, 675-3286.

Ruritans plan festival

The Culpeper Ruritan Club will host “Culpeper Day” on < Saturday, May 5 on Davis Street in downtown Culpeper from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The festival will take place rain or shine. Persons interested in reserving a space to display crafts, information and/or I exhibits should call Rusty Jenkins at 825-7768.
