We never had plastic eggs. They have replaced a lot of boiled eggs. I enjoy seeing and using the plastic ones for decorating. Our church has a tree outside decorated with plastic eggs, but these are “special” because on Easter morning everyone was given an egg with a bible verse and a candy kiss from our Sunday school youth. This is another tradition enjoyed by many.
