This plan, patroned by Delegate S. Chris Jones (R-76th), took Rappahannock out of.,the old 31st District, and placed the county in the 15th District with Page, Shenandoah and part of Rockingham counties. But to make the numbers work, Rappahannock’s Chester Gap precinct was placed in the 18th District, with Warren County. .
