Charles Russell Settle, 70, of Culpeper died Tuesday, April 3 at Culpeper Regional Hospital.
He was born Oct. 16, 1930 in Rappahannock County to the late Harry Settle and Rosie Wharton Settle.
He is survived by two sons, Dennis Settle and Kevin Settle and two daughters, Debbie Williams and Donna McEathron, all of Front Royal.
Additional survivors include the mother of his children, Helen Settle of Front Royal; six grandchildren; three brothers, Fred Thomas Settle of Front Royal, Billy Settle of Reva and Carroll Snead Settle of Sperryville; a sister, Anna Mae Gore of Culpeper; two foster brothers, Edward Grigsby of Flint Hill and Robert Grigsby of Front Royal and a host of nieces and nephews.
