In addition to his parents, he was also predeceased by a son, Kenneth Settle; three brothers, Harry Brown Settle, Lee Taylor Settle and Bruton Franklin (Bunny) Settle and a sister, Lois Elizabeth Freeman.
Funeral services were conducted on Friday, April 6 at Found & Sons Chapel with Rev. Sanford Martin officiating.
Interment followed at Prospect Hill Cemetery in Front Royal.
