—|—— , .| | KITE FUN: Recently, three Rappahannock County 4-H’ers, Jesse Palmer, Matt Swain and Josh Makela attended the Kite and Flight Weekend at the Jamestown 4-H Educational Center in Williamsburg. The boys made boomerangs, gliders, and small rockets which they got to launch. They made kites and got to draw their own pictures on them. They also had an opportunity to go to the Virginia Air and Space Center in Hampton, where they saw an Imax movie, “Alien Adventure”. The WAVY News helicopter and its crew visited the campers and the group was on the local television network.
