Rappahannock County Sheriff’s Office personnel are investigating separate alcoholarid drug-related offenses that . occurred in the county last .week. At around 2 a.m. on May 15, Dep. J. C. Welch began following a vehicle on Fodderstack Road which he Suspected was being operated b'y an impaired driver. '1 After trying unsuccessfully to get the driver to over, Dep.
