Sperryville Civil War Days will commemorate those hard years of the war. The dedication of the new historic marker will take place at 10 a.m. June 2 starting with a parade march from the center of the village to the site, and ending with a gun-salute by the uniformed re-enactors. The public is invited to the dedication, as well as to all events of the two days.
