• The Sixth - Twelfth Grade Bands joined forces last Friday night for a special Relay for Life performance and they were incredible! If you were unable to attend this concert, please mark your calendars now for Sunday, June 10 at 3 pun. The bands will present their Spring Concert in the RCHS (air-conditioned) auditorium, and the public is invited to attend. We especially invite all school volunteers as our very special guests.

• If you have a young musician living in your house that might benefit from private lessons from a more experienced high school band member, please call Mrs. Lynne Fournier, Band Director, at 987-8259. Several accomplished RCHS Band members are willing to tutor younger students as a way to raise money for band trips or for their own professional lessons. You will be surprised by the low cost and service provided by these talented high school students.

• On June 16 all EighthTwelfth Grade Band members are required to attend the RCHS graduation. If you have questions, call Mrs. Fournier at 987-8259 or e-mail her at flutelbf@aol.com.

• Please remember that schools will be closed on Monday for the Memorial Day holiday. Don’t forget to make the necessary child care arrangements.

• Have a great, and hopefully dry, weekend.
