An experiential seminar is scheduled for Saturday, June 9 from 9 a.m. to noon at the Rappahannock Healing Arts Center. Karen Loving, NCBTMB, Certified will present the Alexander Technique. If you suffer from lower back pain, chronic discomfort between your shoulder blades, most of this discomfort is not necessary. On May 12 many residents in Rappahannock County helped to stamp out hunger by giving food in the annual food drive sponsored by postal workers. The local National Association of Letter Carriers, United States Postal Service Workers and Piedmont United Way, joined postal workers and United Ways across the country to collect food.
