In execution ot deed of trust from Kelly Powers, Sarah D. Caron and Martin Caron, dated July 15, 1999, recorded in the Clerk’s Office, Circuit Court, County of Essex, Virginia, in Deed Book 239, page 381, securing a ban which was originally $46,000.00, the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction property described as:

Those four tots in Essex County, Virginia, on the east side of the old public road leading from Center Cross to Montague (Route 602), designated as Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, on plat made by Dan E. Williams, III, P C., dated November 12, 1985, entitled "Plat Showing Four Parcels of Land Located in Rappahannock District, Essex County, Virginia", LESS AND EXCEPT that 0.398 acre of real estate conveyed unto the Commonwealth of Virginia by deed recorded in Deed Book 185, page 567 in the aforesaid Clerk's Office.

Sale is subject to all prior liens, easements, restrictions, covenants and conditbns of record, if any, including but not limited, a prior deed of trust recorded in Deed Book 159. page 666.

Said public auction to be held in front of the building housing the Circuit Court for the County of Essex, Virginia, on 305 Prince Street in Tappahannock, Virginia, on June 8, 2001 at 2:30 p.m. Terms: Cash Bidder's deposit of 10% of the bid price IN CASH OR CASHIER'S OR CERTIFIED CHECK will be required at the time and place of sale, with balance of sale price to be paid in 14 days.
