Fees to Park

Superintendent Douglas Morris announced recently that entrance fees for Saturday, Aug. 25 will be waived in celebration of the 85th anniversary of the National Park Service. Recreation use fees charged for other than admission, l.e., camping, wiH Remain in effect. * On Aug. 25, 1916 President Woodrow Wilson signed the act creating the National Park : Service.
“We encourage Rappahannock citizens to take advantage of this very special opportunity to come enjoy a day in the park,” said Morris.
