The Council again discussed Peter Kramer’s expired special use permit and the uncompleted work on his Gay/Jett Street location. Though Mr. Kramer was to have been contacted and asked to attend this meeting, that failed to occur and a request to attend the September meeting of the Tbwn Council will be issued.
Town Attorney John Bennett said that he had spoken to Town Zoning Administrator John McCarthy about Mr. Kramer’s failure to complete required work, and that they had concluded that the Town had two options: 1, to do nothing; and 2, to have Mr. McCarthy send a notice of violation that outlines the deficiencies and provides time to correct. “If action ha* not been tak*n,” Mr. Bennett continued, “Mr. McCarthy would need direction from Council regarding penalties.”
