RRCSB program
Brian Duncan of the Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Board (RRCSB) presented the organization’s program plan for Fiscal Year 2002 and is seeking local government concurrence by September of this year.
Mr. Duncan described the range of services provided by the RRCSB to clients in its service region (Rappahannock, Fauquier, Madison, Culpeper, and Orange Counties), the number of clients in each of its program areas, and the organization’s budget and costs allocated to each local jurisdiction. He also provided projections of local government contributions for FY2003.
RRCSB service areas include mental health, mental retardation, substance abuse, and aging programs, and the organization projects a local tax request of $4.32 per capita ($30,167 from Rappahannock) for FY2003.
