In execution of a Second Deed of Trust from Ralph Wilmer Gheen and Jody Anne Gheen dated March 26, 1997 and recorded in the Clerk's Office, Circuit Court, County of Rappahannock, Virginia, in Deed Book 224, page 293, securing a loan which was originally $49,332.77. Default having occurred in the payment of the Note thereby secured, and at the request of the holder of said Note, the undersigned Substitute Trustees will offer for sale at public auction at the front steps of the County of Rappahannock Circuit Courthouse 238 Gay Street, Washington, Virginia on September 5, 2001 at 3:30 PM, the property described in said Deed of Trust, located at the above address and briefly described as: Lying and being about one and one-hatf miles southwest of Amissville in the Jackson Magisterial District of Rappahannock County, Virginia, on Route 611 and more particularly described according to a plat and survey of Andy L. Collis Land Surveyor. Tax Map #32B-1-A1
The property will be conveyed by Special Warranty Deed, subject to all existing easements, restrictions and any other conditions that may affect title to the property. The Noteholder reserves the right to bid at the said sale. This sale is being made subject to a prior Deed of Trust dated November 16. 1992 and recorded in Deed Book 194 at Page 774.
