Fencing stolen
Three 50-foot rolls of chain link fence were reported stolen from the site of a house under construction in the 12500 block of Lee Highway, near Rappahannock County High School, according to Sheriff Sherertz.
The fencing was taken between May 27 and June 8, probably during the night. It is valued at $450-$600.
“It has been reported that a light blue pickup truck was seen on the property late one night, with a person or persons loading something into it,” said Sheriff Sherertz. “This is a felony case, and if anyone has any information, please call the Sheriff’s Office at (540) 675-5300.”
