F. Clanagan has been a construction worker all of his adult life. The Rappahannock ! County native just completed 520 hours of - '• structured training to certify as a pipe layer- v drainage worker and recently received a ‘ certificate for that honor. 1
For 13 years, from kindergarten through twelfth grade, Andy Berry has not missed a day of ' school. He received special recognition for that accomplishment last Thursday during the '*' academic awards assembly at Rappahannock High School.
